Can you describe your current role and responsibilities?
I work closely alongside the Advisers by preparing reports both pre and post meetings as well as requesting and chasing information, booking client reviews and any other administrative duties the adviser may need assistance with.
What has been your journey so far?
I have been with Digby Associates for 2 years as Adviser Support working closely with the Advisers based in our Cheltenham office. I am now beginning my financial advice exams which will give me an even better understanding of the industry.
What do you enjoy most about working in your field?
I love the variety of the role and the opportunities to constantly learn new things. I enjoy getting to the bottom of difficult problems and reaching a resolution that makes our clients happy.
What’s a fun fact about you or an interesting hobby you enjoy?
During the pandemic I travelled to Australia and after getting stranded in the outback, moved to New Zealand for 2 years. During my time there I worked on a dairy farm milking cows as well as planting, grafting, and picking kiwis. This sparked my love of travel!
