Can you describe your current role and responsibilities?
My role is to assist advisers and prepare important documentation to support business with clients and meet their financial needs. I generate reports for advisers and prepare everything they need for client meetings, occasionally attending the meetings myself.
What has been your journey so far?
I began my financial career at Zurich and have since gained experience across several reputable financial institutions, including St. James’s Place. I now hold the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and am on the path to becoming a Financial Adviser.
What do you enjoy most about working in your field?
My favourite part of working in this field is helping clients achieve their financial goals. I also enjoy the technical side of the role and have developed strong industry knowledge through my experience in paraplanning. I love working closely with advisers and learning from them each day.
What’s a fun fact about you or an interesting hobby you enjoy?
Outside of work, I play football on Saturdays and Sundays and try to fit in a round of golf whenever I can — though living in England, that’s usually only for about three months of the year! I’m also a huge Arsenal fan and love going to watch them whenever I get the chance.
