Can you describe your current role and responsibilities?

My role as an Adviser Support is to ensure that Clients are looked after on behalf of the Advisers I look after. Ensuring information is gathered to help the Advisers tasks are accurate and timely executed.

What has been your journey so far?

I have worked in many fields, working with children, running a breakfast club and after school club. I achieved 25 years in retail, working for various companies within a customer service role.

What do you enjoy most about working in your field?

Every day is different. I get to speak to a variety of people. Lots of interesting conversations. My job is fulfilling with lots of investigative tasks.

What’s a fun fact about you or an interesting hobby you enjoy?

My fun fact is that I enjoy travelling. I also enjoy socialising with my family.
