Can you describe your current role and responsibilities?
As Project Manager on the team I’m responsible for leading the training of new starters while ensuring the adviser support team remain up to date with the latest compliance regulations and system changes. Working in a project-based role, adapting responsibilities to meet evolving business needs, this may be supporting the onboarding of new systems one day and identifying opportunities to streamline processes the next.
What has been your journey so far?
Originally from London, I moved to Bristol for University and have continued to live here since. I joined Digby Associates in May 2022 as a financial administrator and have gradually taken on more responsibility in the admin team.
What do you enjoy most about working in your field?
I enjoy the varied nature of my role.
What’s a fun fact about you or an interesting hobby you enjoy?
I try to travel as much as possible as I love seeing different cultures and having new experiences. I also love to cook in my free time and enjoy trying new recipes from my travels.
