Can you describe your current role and responsibilities?
I joined Digby Associates as an apprentice within the Adviser Support Team, where I work alongside Matt and Sarah’s team to support advisers and clients. My role includes booking client meetings, liaising with providers and helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. The role gives me the opportunity to learn more about financial planning and financial services every day.
What has been your journey so far?
I work from our Cheltenham office and am developing my knowledge and experience within the financial services industry. As an apprentice, I am learning from experienced colleagues across the business while building an understanding of the processes involved in supporting clients and advisers.
What do you enjoy most about working in your field?
I enjoy knowing that the work I do helps support both our clients and advisers. Every day is different and brings new opportunities to learn, which keeps the role interesting and rewarding.
What’s a fun fact about you or an interesting hobby you enjoy?
As I’m not originally from Cheltenham, I’m still enjoying getting to know the area and discovering new places. Outside of work, I enjoy playing airsoft and spending time with family and friends.
