I work as Adviser Support at Digby Associates, helping our advisers deliver a high standard of service to clients. With more than 25 years’ experience in customer-facing roles, I enjoy building relationships, supporting clients and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
My journey
I’ve worked in a variety of roles throughout my career, including working with children, running breakfast and after-school clubs, and spending more than 25 years in retail. Those experiences helped me develop strong communication, organisation and customer service skills, which I now use every day in my Adviser Support role at Digby Associates.
What I enjoy
I work closely with both clients and advisers to ensure information is gathered accurately and processed efficiently. I enjoy helping things run smoothly behind the scenes, supporting advisers in delivering a professional and responsive service while helping clients feel informed and looked after throughout their journey with us.
Outside work
My fun fact is that I enjoy travelling. I also enjoy socialising with my family.
