The Digby Associates Family Fun Day is always a highlight of the summer, bringing together clients, friends, and family for a day of laughter, entertainment, and community spirit. The 2024 event, held on Saturday, 10th August at Gloucestershire County Cricket Club Ground, was no exception. With over 350 attendees, the day was packed with exciting activities, delicious food, and fantastic entertainment—making it a truly memorable occasion for all.
As the sun shone, guests were able to take full advantage of the cricket ground for a friendly match, along with circus act performers, from Circomedia, who were teaching both adults and children various tricks and acts. The bouncy castle and Mario assault course, hired through Bristol Fun For Hire, were massive hits with children spending the duration of the afternoon having fun on the slides and bouncing through the obstacles.
The food and beverage stalls were enjoyed by all, with Phil the Pig’s delicious pork rolls going down excellently. Many clients relaxed on picnic deck chairs in the sun with G&T’s made with Bristol Gin and cider from local breweries. The raffle, which offered prizes such as signed Bristol Bears rugby shirts and rounds of golf at The Manor, Castle Combe, raised £500 for Digby Associates chosen charities, Bristol Carers Support charity and SARSA’S.
The date for the 2025 Digby Associates Family Day is in the process of being finalised and invites will go out later in the year.
